Roadside Rescue Options Available 24/7, Every Day of the Year

When you are a customer of Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne, you can enjoy “on-call” help any time of the day or night, and the peace of mind that comes with the knowledge that someone will be there to help you in your time of need. Mercedes-Benz sets itself apart from other luxury car makers by dispatching its technicians for roadside rescue operations when customers call for help.

Advantages to the Roadside Assistance Program

Help is always available when you really need it

Whether you need a jump start for your dead battery, a few gallons of gas to make it to the next station, or someone to change your flat tire, you can rely on the Mercedes-Benz 24-hour Roadside Assistance Program whenever you need it. With any eligible Mercedes-Benz, all you have to do is dial the 800 number or use the mobile app. You can also push the wrench button on your mbrace®, if your vehicle has that feature. Mercedes-Benz personnel will be sent to your location to help, and there is no charge to you.

No matter where you are, you will receive unsurpassed care

If you have a mechanical issue or are involved in an accident with your eligible Mercedes-Benz vehicle, Roadside Assistance will make sure your vehicle gets towed to the nearest authorized dealer. There is no charge for that service, and a Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Center will repair your vehicle with genuine Mercedes-Benz parts, not aftermarket options. A complete list of Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Centers is available, so you can see which ones are closest to you. There are situations where some additional charges can apply.
